It is recommended that you choose a charger with a larger capacity (mAh) than the device you wish to recharge, i.e. most phones have 2Ah + batteries and most Tablets (Nexus, iPad etc) 5Ah + batteries. Once you have decided on the size and power outputs of the battery, you can choose a suitable solar panel with the correct voltage.
